Thank you warhead and yes it does help and look so pro. I will be searching for some of those clasps directly.

Got some advice if you want to use another strap on the base, don’t take the old one off like I did, a lot of the paint came off with the glue and was stuck on the very thin strap that they originally have on, just put your new strap directly over the old, that way you can switch it out if you want.
The clasps I got on eBay a couple years back for some other projects I had, just glued some smaller strips of leather into the clasp then rivet the strips to the strap, just keep the strap edges tight to each other before securing the strip rivets to the strap, hope that helps.

Congrats Bob! 2 great Conan statues, what sword is that on the PCS Conan base, is that a duplicate.

I am experimenting with a smaller logo. I have tried it on the Sideshow as well and it looks good. Its subtle but effective. I will paint it up and post the results.

Lol, why doesn't that surprise me!
I am redoing it to get a bit finer detail. It is hard to get it at this size. I'll post it when they are finished.
