As soon as sideshow sends me the slan delayed email I shall be geting my money back and ordering her from p1 direct

Doesn't it have to be a total of 3 months delay before you can get your money back? Also how does getting your money back work with if you're paying through 2 payments on a flex plan?

It has to be delayed for 90 days but with the way things are going for sideshow and these berserk pieces. I am expecting that it will be delayed. Flex plan or not once a product is delayed for too long you can get all your money back.

An FYI for sideshow, With Flex Payment, Best option is once your down to 1 payment left, switch the billing method to single payment ... This pushes the piece to be shipped when they receive it rather then waiting until Payment Schedule day..

Used to work for me, but now I am never in the first batch of shipments regardless of when I ordered or what I do.
