Ordered a custom statue but its gone missing?

I angrily contacted the maker why on earth he would use DPD because they are the worst I always lose items this way.
He hasnt responded this is supposed to be the best custom statue maker my first order from him, anyone know if they refund?
I can name the statue creator via PM
