Moducase shipment or lack thereof

I put in a ~$2k order in early sept 2022, at time of order, it stated on the product page it will ship in early Q1 of 2023. Then came multiple delay emails, the latest one was from July 4th stating they will ship from SG by end of July for real this time.

There has been silence since, email went unanswered. I regret very much buying from this shtty company unfortunately there is no recourse to get money back given the time lapse. It feels like the old pcs all over again.

Has anyone heard anything recent from moducase in regards when they plan to ship the sept 2022 orders? Thanks

Edit: just received final invoice for my fall 2022 order. Be warned however that they're trying to change payment method. Couldn't get any payment to go through with the new payment processor and had to default back to the original invoice. Really getting pissed off with lack of consistency after all the delays. Wanted to get more of these but I'm ready to build the display and move on. Very long wait. Hope they're worth it.

Yours should ship soon. Will provide update and photos after I've got them built but it's going to be a while.

Just contact them and reach out for status update. They reply pretty quickly on Facebook. I believe I ordered in October, however, it may also depend on what you ordered. For mine I believe they had a large order cancellation of most of the units I had purchased so I got really lucky. After that they only had to wait on fulfillment of a few more units.

They work in the order that orders are received and mine was only advanced about a month due to luck on my end with regard to cancelations and stock updates.

I can't imagine yours taking more than one or two more months unless they're custom cut. They were supposed to be dispatching fall orders of 2022 from Singapore between July and October I believe? So it may be on the boat to the States already. I would contact them to check. They won't forget about you.

Received some of these today and the panels were wrecked. They shipped these is such thin boxes with ---- protection. Got a feeling literally every package of these panels is going to arrive just the same. Any one else experience this?

I was missing a few things, one damaged panel. But out of buying 8 units, I was impressed.

That's not too bad I guess. I'm hoping the rest of mine arrive okay... The box was totally destroyed. And tbh I'm already disappointed because I didn't realize the front panel border was literally just tape. It looks so cheap up close. I'm refrain from judgement until after I build them for now. Need to get the rest in one piece first.

How long did it take you to get your replacement parts?

Had a couple of damaged panels awhile back. They expedited replacements with no questions asked. Took less than 2 weeks. You?re in good hands. They?ll take care of you.

Good to know. I've got 20 more boxes being delivered tomorrow. After the one set I received today I'm really concerned. I finally open up the aluminum boxes though and they were packaged very well. They look nice too. Fingers crossed for tomorrow I guess...
