Hahahaha... Too funny.
I do understand your critique on the pose, however. It does seem a bit static. The 1:6 scale PVC version was the first statue that brought me back to collecting (2009), but I always thought it was a bit off. Comparing it to the painting, her torso should have a more pronounced bent to her right, which would have given it a more dynamic, model-like pose if you will; much like the painting, which has a slight "S" shaped pose to it.
Having said that, my main issue with this 1:4 scale is the base, and considering that I'm very selective these days due to money, I will not get it. If my tax return comes out better than expected this year, I may bite if I can't procure Sideshow's Reaper statue.

This my favorite of all Royo pieces. When does this go on sale?

Thanks 3stun but if it is released, then they should show the right statue because the one they have there is the pvc with the oversize base.

Sigh....I really hoped Yamato would be THAT company.....you know, the one which catered for the alternatives....people who are tired of endless rivers of DC, Marvel, Star Wars et al.......but, these last few statues just look meh.
Still, I'll save some money.

The Fantasy Figure line will always be dear to me, especially the Royo statues, but the Court of the Dead is something that deviates from the norm. Is there any interest from the line?

A little too macabre for me
I'm focusing on GG right now, in particular, the Honey Trap line....after that, unless something amazing comes out, like the Mass Effect range or Dune statues, I'm quitting collectibles and going down the OOAK custom art route.....

Sigh, I knew Yamato was going to do the white variant. I have the pvc version and was waiting for this but now I see it, I will probably get the brown one.
Has anybody ordered either one of these yet?

If I get one, it would be the white version, but that won't be for a while, if ever. There are more vital statues coming, namely the Court of the Dead and Yamato's Dead Moon, and the other two recent announced Royo girls!
