Should be interesting to see what everyones favorite trilogies are now that Batman is done
1.LOTR
2.Batman
3.The Man with No name
Star wars and Godfather don't make it because the third installations had some hiccups
loved Bourne too

Excellent call on the Eastwood trilogy. This almost gets my vote, but I think I have to go:
1. LOTR
2. Nolan's Batman
3. Original Star Wars trilogy (that ROTJ knocks this down to the third spot for me. But there's no denying the strength of EP IV and V

LOTR
Toy Story
Star Wars (ROTJ is the weak link, but the other 2 are the best movies IMO of my 3 picks)

Didn't see the last Batman yet, but I'm sure once I do, it'll replace LOTR for me.

yeah its almost blasphemous that I wouldn't include star wars I love the trilogy as much as the next guy
ROTJ had a lot of hit and miss scenes for me.
Plus everyone will be using star wars anyways.
Though of all the series I don't think any two entries are collectively as good as Godfather 1 and 2.

What about Alien, Aliens and Alien 3. Or the Millenium Trilogy.
Suppose you could add Predator, Predator 2 and Predators as well.

- LotR (although to me it is one film split in 3)
- Nolan's Batman
- Not sure on this one, maybe Toy Story even though I didn't really like the second.

Dark Knight series
LOTR
Jaws....yes two and three suck, but I love em. 3D is great for comedic value alone.
