Yeah, saw the trailer earlier today. Had no idea they were doing a remake.

Well at least its not a exact remake since other than them sitting around a campfire talking there isn't one shot in that trailer that was in the original movie. You can definitly see the difference in an 80's movie and the CGI / action packed ramped up 2010's movie.
