Looks like they changed the mouth position of the standing raptor to a sort of closed, hissing position.

On the one hand I am happy they closed the mouth. On the other hand, I now want both of them, the spino, brachio, and probably other unannounced pieces.

Your a bit late. Chronicle collectibles has been selling all of them but you can't pre order them anymore since there were deadlines.

Incorrect, CC never put these up yet. They only had fallen kingdom raptors listed so far.
