I still think TH can release a 1/6 Penguin MAQ even though SSC is releasing a 1/4 Penguin. If anything, TH may not bother releasing their Penguin MAQ in 1/4 scale.

Really doubt a 1/4 Penguin would stop a 1/6. They have so many options for characters that it would be super easy to bump it down the line, if even that.

Right. Sounds like that's the opposite of what SSC would want.

If SSC already has released a 1/4 Penguin, then SSC may not approve a 1/4 version for TH's Penguin, if they make one.

i dont think anyone who doesnt work for TH or SS can say for sure one way or the other what is allowed and what isnt. TH released a 1/4 scale joker while SS had an older one they were trying to get rid of (still are) and a new one on the way. while TH only released scarecrow in 1/6 scale when SS' was almost sold out (is now)

We don't know what rhyme or reason sideshow has to allow or disallow certain characters in 1/4 scale, that is true, but it is still their decision to make
