I hate Blanka from a gameplay perspective.
And Blanka statues (including the PCS mini-bust) and artwork are really hit or miss for me. Usually 95% miss.

I was pretty sure this would be a definite pass for me.....

But.
It looks really beastly and intimidating....
Which is what I wanted for Blanka. A real sense of the animal he can be.

The comedy side of Blanka can be funny but also frustrating.

I guess we will see.
I need to see the final piece.
But so far I like this direction.

100% buy for me, I used to hate playing against blanka when I was first starting on SF2. Struggled with him the most at the beginning, till I actually got fireballs and dragon punches down

I agree, I think Ono took blanka's comedy side too far in SF4, there was too much slapstick humour in general in that game.
I'm glad this statue stayed away from that.

Yes, I would not want a comical looking blanka.

Excellent "PCS skill and production design" strikes again! First world problems; deciding whether to pass or not...

I kind of like Blanka from a gameplay perspective. I just never cared much for his design, and that's even more of an indictment of me, because that's what the statue is based upon - and yet I'm considering him.
