Hey Marvelboi,
Didn't you say Andrea was in Italy? That may explain the delay. I hope everything works out. It is still a really nice cover, and if you frame it you will soon forget about the creases.

Nice Box, what did Coca sit on that.
Man that really blows and I'm sure that FedEx will go out of their way to make that up to you. HA!

I just recently received my first piece of commissioned art and it arrived packaged within a thick cardboard double walled envelope and an exterior Fed EX sleeve. I am somewhat surprised that the box you got was so beat up. Any fragile or do not bend markings? If not, the sender really screwed up more than Fed EX. As for the value on shipping, did you ask for insurance?
Sorry to see this. I would be going ape$hit, but take it easy until the artist contacts you. Maybe some kind of arrangement can be worked out.
Good luck.

I don't get it.
The artist didn't put the art between two pieces of extra-heavy cardboard or something?
And what was that about insurance of 5 dollars?
Was that a typo?

That Fedex box should be in their traning manual on what you should never have happen to your packages, absolutely pathetic. Did the driver seem embarassed about it? Hope it works out man!
