Not even in the U.S. yet and already reports of production problems.

If you’re talking about the post on Facebook that I think you are, I’m not even sure there is a problem. At least from what I could decipher from the post I’m guessing he’s trying to say that when the torso sits flush on the waist, the face doesn’t look perfectly straight on.
If anything it looks like an intentional design/production choice.

Hard to decipher, but a properly keyed torso shouldn't be able to turn and wobble like that. The more alarming thing was others saying theirs are the same and Prime 1 only offering a refund.

Maybe, but it looks like it’s lifting as he’s turning it. So as long as it’s not handled, I doubt the torso’s position will ever shift.
And my guess is that all of them are like this, so there’s probably not anything that Prime 1 can do, other than a refund if the collector isn’t happy.

I saw that post & IMHO its the biggest non-issue in the recent history of non-issues. I've seen some OCD in the past but c'mon.

I was the guy who gave him the two suggestions at the end. It seems to have wrapped up the discussion.

I wanted to make comments on his post, but I was having enough trouble understanding his responses to others anyway.
However if he found it annoying, than there’s not much that can be done about it. Except to learn to live with it, or just return it, if possible.

I wouldn't return it because of the issue he was showing, but I do find it odd that it wasn't keyed better. Never had a torso key that moved like that.
