Jessica Alba suing Hefner?
Jessica Alba is on the cover of the March issue of Playboy mag, too bad they didn't listen when she declined to appear on the cover. The pic is from the movie Into The Blue, Hef is still going to release the issue. Too bad no pics inside

shes suing b/c she claims that playboy obtianed the pics of her form into the blue by misleading her publisist and they provided the magazine the pics not knowing it was going to be used for a cover shot. alba is also claiming that the cover is harmful to her career b/c people may think she is posing for the magzine which she defiantly wont do. as well as shes claiming that the fact that shes on the cover misleads potential buyers of the magzine whom may purchase a copy thinking she posed

Good for her, just because he has $$ doesn't make him above the law. I think it's great that she has some morals that she wants to stand on, and an image to protect. Not that it means one thing to me or another. I don't place much value on who does or doesn't pose for PB.....but if she said no, than her wishes should have been complied w/. JMHO

They'll settle out of court and this will all be water under the damn bridge eventually... But she shouldnt burn her bridges either maybe one day when here career is in the dumps and she needs a boost it might be to Playboy...

better buy that issue and keep in in the plastic! She will win this lawsuit and they will be forced to pull it off the shelves!!!!!
I agree...Good for her! Who does Hef think he is? He cannot just plaster anyone on the cover he wants to in a blatant attempt to boost the sales of a dying mag!

well, 2 things. there were only 26 posts in the original thread AND it is not hard to do a search. IMO.
