I pre-ordered the Castlevania statue a few months ago, it was 1285$.I think I remember checking Figurama's prices at that time and it was always around that. Problem is none other statue had the name Amano on it and I believe the man doesn't do things for nothing...

I agree with many people. This one is a mess. Does not capture the dunpeal we all know and love. Shame but an easy pass.

I'll be putting down a day one deposit, hopefully. I suppose I would have preferred a 1/4 statue of D, if I had the choice. But I've been meaning to move into 1/6 for a while. I don't like the spiked pauldrons, but the detail on this is still incredible. I was never a fan of D's design in the movies anyway, which had none of Amano's usual flair. To me, it looks like they synthetised several designs to create this new one, which is fine, since D's look changes from book to book. I just wish they had a bit more colour in there, like the yellow trim on his cloak.

As expected from something that has the name Amano on it, it's unaffordable. Something like a 50% increase from the usual Figurama pricing for a 1/6 and a design that's not really satisfactory. An easy pass for me as well, I'm not putting that price even on a 1/4.

Huge pass for me also.

I just don't like it and I'm a fan of D.

D's face is ugly (both HS) and the base is too busy.
