I think it would have looked better with the right arm being in a different position but it is hard to tell with such an early pic. Need to see more.

I’m surprised no one has mentioned that the leg positioning is identical to the Sideshow piece. Many people criticized that one’s “sitting down” position.

This looks like a hybrid of the Sideshow and IA (1:2) versions.

Based on the brief images we've seen of this one, it seems that he is higher off the base so that is why. The positioning is similar though.

crazy enough it looks ALOT better than the sideshow pose. more natural IMO
