The base itself is about 11" x 14". However, the width of the statue, from end of his ax to edge of the tooth is more like 17-18", not 11".

Saw a few others with this issue, did Blizzard make it right?
CS got back to me, basically they said...
They're still shipping pre orders, they need to talk to the manufacturer, and they're not sure how (or when) they're going to fix my problem.

Just epoxy/glue it back carefully. You can do it so that its not even noticeable at all. Not worth stressing out over it.

You can't return something without Blizzard authorising a return from what I know.
They need to decide how to remedy the issue first (repair/replace/refund).

Most manufacturers will start with the easiest potential solution first (repair, i.e. replacement of head). If they can't do that, the they move to replace or refund.
Less costly and time consuming for the buyer and seller.

You could, but it would be at your cost (return shipping) and time. The smarter option would be to maintain communication with Customer Service to see what option they can provide you (if any).

I still maintain simply epoxy/gluing the tooth back yourself would be the easiest and least stressful option because of how small the issue is. Remember, there is no guarantee the replacement is not going to have the broken tooth problem as well (and/or other issues).

But like I said, the statue itself hangs way over the base.
