Both the sai and sword options looks awesome. However, in the end, I opted for the classic sais display option.

Me2, i have Psylocke pre-ordered, and i will pose Psylocke with her swords, so i prefer to pose Elektra with the Sais, she looks great!

Good factory's. Not so good factory's.

Elektra, Rogue, Poison Ivy - Good Factory's
Emma Frost, Mystique - Not so good factory's

X-23 i'm not sure about. I'm not a fan of Polyresin, as it has a type of PVC feel to it. X-23 is made from Polyresin.

I prefer Polystone. Elektra Poison Ivy and Rogue are all made from Polystone.

In future, whenever i buy a Sideshow piece, the plan is to check up on what the piece is made from.

X23 has to be a mix. Her base is very heavy, like polystone. I liked the light feel of her portraits. That causes less strain on the rest of the pieces. And we are less likely to encounter leaning. Iher portraits are immaculate. They have to be the polyresin. The body and base must be polystone. Really, the only part that I noticed bad paint on, within an inch of viewing, was small areas of yellow on her outfit. Which could be polystone. I dont think plastic vs plastic will have any effect on the quality of paint.

I think the legs are Polyresin, as there's a softness (tough plastic) vibe to them. When attaching X-23 to the base via her leg, the peg felt not so precise like a Polystone peg. Mine has slight movement. I think the choice of Polyresin is to add additional strength, as i'd assume it is less brittle than Polystone. The hair has a flexible side to it also.

I guess there are pro's & con's to both Polyresin and Polystone. Personally i prefer Polystone as it feels higher quality.
