More worrying...the long wait for how the production piece turns out then the wait for her to ship

Has any of the factories messed up a Sideshow Harbottle statue in the past? Not trying to stir anything up, just curious as I don't spend a lot of time in Sideshow threads for statues I don't buy.

Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie) 1/4 PF was questionable. It failed to look like the product of a 'good' factory. Some areas looked good, other areas such as the plastic hands were a let down. Once i had the googly eye fixed, i grew to like the piece more, but it felt overprice for what it was.

I would pre_order Dejah Thoris Pf, but.. i remember how Wonder Woman turned out. Dejah Thoris is hyper paint app dependent. The plan is to wait to see how the factory pieces turn out. The prototype looks excellent. Will H. did an amazing job.

Not sure about messing up a Harbottle in particular but they do seem a bit hit and miss at times

I went ahead and preordered Dejah Thoris. I figure she will be easy enough to sell in the event I don't like the paint app. I was tempted to get the Dynamite Dejah statue based on the J. Scott Campbell art, but ultimately passed on that one. This should make up for it.

The Proto looks stunning and imho 'Perfect' and I'm not sure if the factory can or will match it. I plan on ordering but I'll wait until in-hand pics just to be sure. Really like everything about this statue and Harbottle knocked it out of the park once again!

Most wouldn't considered it messed up but the factory certainly could not replicate his Red Sonja She Devil with a Sword statue. Literally all the skin texture was gone. Paint was decent but not amazing (amazing compared to the old pf maybe :P)

Will this piece show up on the other distributor sites? Since there is no EX sometimes is a cheaper option....
It will be interesting to see the edition size...
