Help: Batman dark crusader answers needed

Hi, I had found a batman dark crusader statue selling at a good price, however I need to check if the statue is the real deal or a fake..

can I ask if anyone has a picture of the certificate or a description of it or can help me verify my description of it? The type of paper of this certificate that I felt was different from that of the superman forever certificate. The number of the statue was written in ball point pen on the dark crusader certificate that I saw. The printing of the certificate was not very well done and had some areas were faded. The back of the certificate is white in colour.

Also can anyone help me with a picture of the base of the statue as well as a description of the words on the base?

Is the batman's feet stuck to the base or is it a two piece like the superman forever statue?

Lastly, is the paint on batman's facial skin looks rather tan and dark?
