Tweeterhead CS update

Still no response even after I had gryphyx1 step in and help. Hopefully I get something early next week .

Been waiting since early june 2019 for a refund. 3 times they replied it would get done and nothing happens. Some people have gotten response but for broken parts.

I emailed them at the new email adress....8 business days without a response. Still waiting.

Could this be a money issue with Tweeterhead? It takes 15 minutes to get the refund over with. I don't understand what is the problem.

That's a bummer, especially since it's 3 people now at TH. Hopefully they get a handle on things. If not, just let other dealers sell all the EX statues.

Trying to get refunds, too. Got an initial response and now it's radio silence.

Sadly I report the same experience. Last email response was December 31 from Vicki telling me she was passing me along to Gwen.

MTL, DM me your name and order number. I know that they are still waiting on a few CC numbers since TH does not store that information.

I got my tracking number a week ago and checked today and it was still just label created, e-mailed CS again and got a response in about 5 mins that it should be actually going out today...
