Well, the previous Jean Gray PF has gold bands on the sides. I know because I walk past her everyday!

I think it just makes the statue pop more.

I blame sideshow for all the brown haired red heads but also the licensing companies...Marvel, DC, etc, they’re still giving the approvals.

This is a later purchase for me since I don’t care about the Ex, I want this just for Jean and my own 90s X-Men collection, but I think I want this repainted. Not just the hair but this costume rotated colors in the comics. I prefer it tan or orange over yellow. I might need to make that happen. The 1st Jean PF’s costume was more orange and comic accurate so I can see why they did something different this time.

Wow ...she's gorgeous!

So glad this came out really well....

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Love the gold bands. Just a nice simple change that elevates the flat, basic costume. Congrats on your stunning piece.

About the hair color - yea, it’s auburn. Not red in the least. The only comic character that comes to mind that should have auburn hair is Scarlet Witch. And she is almost always shown with brown locks.
