The Accountant...solid 7/10. Actually liked Affleck in this...surprisingly good flick given the lack of response to it.

The Magnificent 7...weak to solid 7/10.

Star Wars: Rogue One...strong 7/10.

Passengers 6/10

Good premise, great visuals, liked Lawrence and Pratt, but somehow unsatisfying as a film.

Again probably at least my 15th viewing of each. Love watching them every time. Pure movie magic.

XXX: The Return of Xander Cage 7/10 Basic story shows promise but never quite lives up to it's potential.

SPLIT - 8/10

Shyamalan has me as a believer again! LOVE the twist ending as I did NOT see it coming a mile away!

James McAvoy was creepy and Anya Taylor-Joy is such a lovely, convincing actress!

Hitman: Agent 47 - 4/10

This movie wouldn't know a Silent assassin achievement if it sat on it. Also, I just can't take Zachary Quinto seriously without pointy ears.

On which note.......

Startrek Beyond 9/10

I really enjoyed this one, a pleasant surprise after the terrible "Into darkness" The first half hour of this movie feels more like Star Trek than we've seen in a long time, the rest maintains some of that, but balances out well with action and light relief to appease a wide audience. Just a fun movie all around, even if the bad guy was a little bit weak.

Moana - A fun, single viewing, but definitely not high on Disneys list 6.5/10
