Though Yanks payroll is high, relative to MLB payrolls, it is super low, relative to team profits vs other teams.

Sadly, I don't think they will go old school. They raised ticket prices and spend less as a team/company on players. Can't believe that this decade they went without a WS. They should be ashamed, especially since players wanted to go there yet they didn't even entertain the offer because they just don't want to spend.
