I submitted a ticket this morning and just heard back that they are slowly shipping out but there was no way to speed it up. So take that as you will lol

Thanks for the update mech. I saw I had an email from blizzard store today hoping it was about the print. It wasn’t but they’re apparently shipping out the WoW 15th anniversary collectors edition this week. So there’s that.

Greetings,
Our apologies that your Tomb of Sargeras Print has not shipped yet. We are planning to honor your purchase for this print and working on a resolution for you. The size of the print you will be receiving will be changing and is delayed. We will be producing a larger print at the original price to fulfill the order. We will provide an update as soon as possible.
Cheers,
Blizzard Support

Just got that as well! I don’t mind a delay as long as I know what’s going on and I will certainly take the larger print if the quality of the paper and printing is as good as the first. No complaint for me there

I just emailed them and asked if it will be signed and limited numbered with certificate of authenticity like the original one.

Good call! Man, I'd certainly hope so! If not, that's a big ol' fail.

Got a reply
Greetings,
I understand you had some questions for the Tomb of Sargeras print. I have confirmed the new prints will still be signed by the artist and will ship with the Certificate of Authenticity. We do not have any specific details on why the delay has happened but rest assured we are working on getting these out to you as soon as possible. When the order ships you should receive a tracking email as normal but if we need to follow up for any reason you will be notified.
Thank you for your patience

So it's as we suspected. They accidentally sold and shipped out our prints to those who ordered on the second day. They are printing a new run at different dimensions so that it doesn't affect the advertised edition size of the original run.
At least they're making it right. Have to give them credit for that.

That's exactly what I'm guessing. I think they really had to make that move. Kind of smart as everybody wins and I don't spend the next week blowing them up on social media and emails.
