Help. 3 months and PCS has not refunded me as they had promised.

Hey guys,

I am suppose to receive a refund for 2 preorders since NOV 18, 2017. PCS customer service said they will honor it but it has been over 3 months and I have not received anything or any emails.

I have sent several follow up emails with no responses.

What should I do? I feel like I am being lied to

What happened with calls?
So you sent to cancel Nov 18 2017?
How many emails have you/they sent?
When were the dates? What did they last say?
Who responded to you?

When did you first place the orders? What are they for? In stock?
Are the orders paid in full?

I have not had any issues with returns or emailing customer service. I know people have had bad experiences but there has been just as many positive and great stories about PCS going above and beyond for its customers.

It’s not 50/50 though lol. Not to take away from this topic but you will always get more negative stories and feedback than positive. All the time. I work in retail, you know how many times people complain to me? A ton. Are they right? Send are but majority are just bitter and wa t to see other miserable. But I know that at my work we give out great customer service, so I heard about it all the time? Nope. But I know we give it out other wise people wouldn’t come back to shop where I work.
