PCS send me wrong statue 2 separate occasions =(
Hi guys,
I need your help. I have emailed and called PCS to no avail.
I had scored Artist Proof EX blank statue and when it came time to ship I received a regular EX. I complained and PCS said I can chose another statue I pre-ordered and they will make that one AP. I chose 1/3 evil ryu statue.
This time I made sure I mentioned it to them several times in emails to make sure they send me AP version.
3 weeks ago they shipped me the evil ryu and again it was not Artist Proof.
I have called and left voicemail, and emailed several times but no response from PCS.
What should I do now? Any help will be appreciated.

I am assuming PCS don't charge any more for AP's?
Maybe you should accept the fact PCS make mistakes. You have the correct pieces, bar the fact they are not AP pieces. Maybe accept the fact and move on. From what i have read on this board, pursuing some issues with PCS leads down a long path of frustration, leading the collector to become disgruntled.

honestly it sounds like people getting the right statue in the first place is getting more difficult (though it's never happened to me), I suggest you live with it :P AP means nothing anyway. I rather have a numbered one :|

This has happened a couple of times to me already and i don't care anymore....getting the correct statue is good enough from recent stories and also at this point it feels like there are more APS than numbers lol

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Don’t waste time chasing futile dreams easy solution right here.
Before and after let us know when it’s done. You can also put in a bst request on Facebook for AP cards I hear 120 APS of sub zero and scorpion are out there.

PCS killed the value and privileges of owning an AP years ago.
Like others have already mentioned, if you are happy with statue then I would keep it and avoid the frustration of returning and/or refunding.
Honestly, I would rather have a flawless looking statue rather than what number it is or if it's an AP.

Damn...sorry to hear your having issues.
I'm really surprised that some collectors still think "AP" statues carry some kind of prestige or have better quality. In the earlier days of PCS...this may have been the case...but definitely not now.
Here is what I think you should do...since you seem really upset about it. Simply just send the statue back and ask for a refund.
Best of luck with whatever you decide...

This was going to be my answer but it could lead to months of waiting for said refund.
