I'm guessing that means 1/10 scale because sideshow already sells their other scales

I think you might have misread the statement.

From what I understand they will be announcing new items, but it will be through their two current distributors. From the announcement it seems that SS apparently is handling the 1/6 and up pieces, while Bluefin is handling their 1/10 scale pieces. At least that is my understanding of the announcement.

It seems pretty clear to me but maybe someone else wants to chime in.

Here is the announcement:

It is a great satisfaction that we officially announce our second participation at the San Diego Comic Con, which takes place between July 20 and 23.

Many new features will be on display for the first time to the public. This year we will exhibit Iron Studios products at two booths. With our partners from Sideshow we will bring to you our greatest DC Comics pieces, such as the new Batman Prime Scale 1/3 Black Edition, the Batman Vs Bane Battle Diorama 1/6 and, of course, the Wonder Woman Prime Scale 1/3, all designed by Ivan Reis, from Chiaroscuro Studios. On the Marvel side we have the Wolverine and Weapon X Legacy Replica 1/4 designed by Marcio Takara - also from Chiaroscuro Studios - and our newest Battle Diorama 1/6, the eagerly awaited Wolverine Vs Juggernaut!

At Bluefin, our official distributors of Art Scale 1/10 line, we will also have several new features. With the worldwide license Marvel BDS Art Scale line we will have the previously announced Spider-Man Comics diorama, designed by Raphael Albuquerque - another artist from Chiaroscuro Studios - now with the the new movie dioramas of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. II and Thor Ragnarok - still incomplete with two pieces, since the others are in pre-production and will be shown later. On the DC side, we will have the Wonder Woman Deluxe 1/10 and finally the Arkham Knight line with the sale of our first SDCC Exclusive, the Batman Art Scale 1/10 Bronze Edition.

The Marvel BDS is their Battle Diorama Series, and they've already been showing these pieces for a while now. The Spider-Man dio is the one on the bridge with Venom, Spider-Gwen etc. It's 1/10 scale. If anything, the big news is that Bluefin is going to be their distributor so we should be able to get pieces easier and more importantly, cheaper now.

Yeah it sounds like they got a world license for their 1/10 marvel statues. If that is the case then we should be able to buy them from BBTS and other stores for like $99 ea. instead of $150-$200 ea.
