Hawkeye (Action Pose) Bowstring

I just been cleaning my statues that are on display which Hawkey is above to the left about 3 feet away and just noticed when I went to clean him that bowstring is now slack.
As anyone else had this problem and done an easy fix, if so how.
Pulling one end off the bow and retieing and cutting the exsess seems the only option I can think of.

Sorted myself having a last look last night found the bow gives ever so slightly, and managed to pull the bowstring at one end and wrap it round on end and then let go of the bow,
Note if you do this be extremely carful with the bow the give is very little.

I’ve got this same issue but never addressed it.

Re-position the arrow. That’s always what I did when the string appeared loose and it fixed the problem.

I just wrapped the extra slack where it connects to the bow. It already wraps around that, what difference does a little more make? I guess if that wasn't great, you could replace it with rigging for model ships, looks similar

I had the same issue as well. Be careful if you try to remove it. The string is “stuck” to the bow (not sure if it’s stuck with paint or glue). If you pill the string off, the paint will get damaged.
