wish it was 1/4. can't invest that much into hawkman. I'd have to buy the rest of the justice league for that.

I've never been all that crazy about the face, even what little you can see of it. I like it even less in this in-hand pic.
Though it does remind me a little of Michael Ansara, an actor I love and who, now that I think about it, actually would have made a pretty cool live action HM.




Ultimately it's the overall impact of the piece as a whole.
I also like the "solution" they came up with for the closed wings. Cocooning the figure within them is a great way to integrate what is an otherwise unwieldy/absurd costume/affectation.

That owner above hit on something I didn't even consider before- one of each open/closed wings.

Has the owner commented on what the wings are made of or the overall weight?
Is he in China or S.A.?
