Marvel Legends Thread

Well, I thought maybe we could try having ONE official ML thread down here.

There seems to be more and more ML fans posting!

I ran across THIS today and thought I'd share:

Question

OK, $6400 for a marvel legends figure. And the top bidder has no feedback.

What's wrong with this picture?

That's a cool custom, ryche! I don't collect Marvel Legends but I find myself with six of them around my office: both Vision variants, both X-23 variants, Mysterio and the combined Sentinel figure, which is so incredibly cool. I loved Mego figures growing up, but I would have passed out with excitement if I had had all these great Marvel Legend figures when I was a kid. It's simply top-notch stuff! But like my 7-year-old nephew says, "They need a Blob Marvel Legend!" I agree with him.

(By the way, I believe my Mysterio figure is part of the Marvel Legends line, but I may be wrong.)

Crap, I didn't even notice that. Bidding jumped from $60 to $6,000. Yeah, right.

I have never understood the reasoning behind that kind of shill bidding....

Thanks, TC. I knew it didn't look as if it fit with the ML line. That just leads me to say, "Bring on a Mysterio Marvel Legend figure!" I think he's worthy.
