if Randy has enough money to retire comfortably, he may wish to enjoy his retirement and not want to make a come back with a new company.

However, if Randy has money issues, he may want to do what he does best : running a statue company and producing more awesome statues.

Retiring at a young age can become boring. A statue business might keep him occupied.
