I'd give it to Gladiator as much as a don't want to- as long as he stays out of reach of Cain-damn pasty skinned mohawk guardsman.
On the other hand, if Juggernaut actually gets his hands on Gladiator, I'd say game over. Just smash Gladiator into the ground over and over again until he pops.

Gladiator flies Juggy into orbit, where he suffocates / undergoes explosive decompression.

Game over.

well he doesn't need to breath, and the vaccume of space has no effect on his body, but he wouldn't be able to fight out there so i guess that would count as a TKO?

And if it doesn't, there's always the center of the sun...

If there would be a "winner" it would be Jugs but i see this being a tie as i doubt Gladiator would get hit that many times with his speed

Although as long as Glad can keep his self belief up, he can't be stopped either.

It'd be a stalemate as long as Gladiator didn't start to doubt himself, and if he's been fighting Juggs for three days with no result, who's to say he wouldn't?

Good logic.

Juggernaut.

What if Juggernaut was choking on a food particle? Could he be saved by the heimlich maneuver?
