It's been 2 weeks since we got the 2-3 week timeline for shipping! Let's hope they are sent out this week or next.

No I think he means he filed a claim and PayPal's protection refunded him.

So I've been popping in and out of this thread, not fully aware of whats going on. But tell me if this is close, Chronicle decided to distribute its cane through and unknown company for some reason, that company took peoples money and the physical product, shipped nothing and now they're MIA. My question is, why would Chronicle go this route in the first place? Can anyone clarify?

Seems Paradise hired Chronicle? These small companies just don't need to deal with so many customers. This and the PCS situation are good examples as to why retailers and middlemen exist.

Derek is somewhat new to the licensed merchandise arena and we all make mistakes. When we started we weren't as responsive as I would have liked to be, now we have five people that interact with our fans and customers and I feel we're on it.

I'm in no way making excuses for Derek other than he's new and I think everyone should be a little patient and see if he starts shipping canes.

We still have some recourse if he were to default, so be patient. I don't want anyone to think that we've abandoned you and short of jumping on a plane and going out there and knocking on his door, there isn't much we can do right now.

Universal is watching to see how this gets resolved, hopefully sooner than later.

He just needs to get the outer shipping boxes, he was never told by anyone on our team that they needed to be printed with logos. The art box takes care of all of the legal and he knew full well these were needed months ago.

So that being said, we're watching and so is Universal.

In hindsight, we would never do this again, I don't know why it's taking so long to ship a few canes.

I hope that these are shipped in a timely fashion and our patience is wearing as thin as yours.

The delays for the product rest at my feet, but the delay to get boxes should have been sorted before the product landed.
