This is a really cool idea that explains a lot here...

Be cool if the blades were removable like in the photo to actually make them into brass knuckles/bat knuckles

I was thinking about the practicality of this weapon and a quick breakdown.
Ejectable Batarang. How does he provide enough force to eject these any real distance without causing a concussive force on his hand? He would need a protractor to hit his targets. I call sh!t.
And then in order to use ANY other aspect of this device/weapon he must eject these batarangs?
Fail. The nerd in me couldn't resist. Back to the mangina statue debates....

This statue shouldn't need explaining. The design choices should've been clear like if they gave Bats normal-looking batarangs instead of "butcher blades" like Illidan Stormrage. Or gone full extreme on his tacti-cool armor.
What these BTS articles tell me is SS needs help pitching a mainstream character that apparently not only us 3% take issue with.

That is a very good point, i recall hearing from somewhere that if you have to explain design decisions chances are those weren't good design decisions.

Right on point. Works of art should sell themselves, they are visual. Imagine if every artist had to explain their work. I don't mind the "jacked" Batman, but I do think this one should have fit in with Supes and WW. Those two statues didn't need any explaining. (except maybe Supes nose and chin)

Good in theory but there are many things in life that folks typically don't understand but end up being good design decisions. Like the theory on traffic light colors. Why red for stop?
As far as red goes, that’s always been a color that indicated danger, long before cars were even around. Also red has highest wavelength which means it can be seen from a greater distance than other colors. As far as yellow goes, it was used to caution drivers because it has a slightly shorter wavelength than red, but not as short as green.
Curious to see what the final ES is though....

I get where your coming from but that statement/concept was in regard to visual media (games, cartoons, movies, toys etc) that upon seeing something it should convey an(the intended) idea.
I think batman's ES will be 1500, same as superman's.
