I'm only going to say this once. This thread is about Darkness, it's not a thread about making rants. If your comment is about not getting the refund that you wanted and made a post, no need to repost it 8 different ways of how upset you are. We get it. If you're going to disrespect and slam the new owners, it will get deleted and if you continue, you'll be banned from this section.
I understand some are frustrated at the previous owner but he doesn't own it any longer. Though it may not be at your speed or liking, they are trying which is more than what you had before. If making a single post is not enough and you need to vent more, go outside and jog. Reason some members aren't posting is due to only reading posts from the same 5 members restating the same thing over and over and they don't want to get involved in that, they just want to talk about the statue and why they like it.
I've always allowed members to express themselves as long as they respect others. But, when some are disrespecting new owners or constantly ranting about the same problem, it gets old. I don't visit this section much but I'm actually aware of this thread due to the amount of members complaining to me about how some of you are destroying the thread. So, it ends now. We don't need to read a follow up post of an explanation of why you feel it is important to give a day to day update of how unhappy you are or why you feel unjustly treated. We get it.
You want companies to be better? You surely won't get it by constant rants, threats and disrespect.

Anyone know if PCS declares a lower value regarding customs if you paid in full? (so with the 15% discount 849USD) or do they declare the full 999USD?

Usually they mark at the "pay in full" value so 849.

Hopefully they are still using 9703 so fees should only be 5%.

Did you get your shipping quote?

Ouch that's a lot of money for shipping but I'm not familiar with the shipping cost to UK. If you get the dimension and weight of the package maybe you could find a less expensive carrier to ship to UK.. I think ANT would try to help international customers to help them with alternative options.
