true but that doesn't mean there aren't a lot of people that may think he was let out on a technicality. they may get wasted and come looking for you. you will be asked all the time if you are him or her. you will be harrassed with jokes all the time. with internet idiots out there you r info could be put up by someone that thinks you are the same person. it could get ugly is all i am saying. course maybe nothing happens cause most people just remember the media name and not the real name
