HD Masterpiece: Bruce Lee (HD-1008)

Quote:
72 years ago, a true legend was born; today ENTERBAY is honor that we are marking our respect to the mighty Bruce Lee by presenting our 4th HD Masterpiece of him – HD-1008 HD Masterpiece: Bruce Lee. This time, our product design concept was inspired by his martial arts.

Surprised that no one here is talking about this.

This is cool.. but I do think the first 1:4 Enterbay Bruce Lee statue was a better likeness

From the shots shown on here the likeness does not look that great, but in the right lighting and closer up shots the likeness looks nearly dead on. Like in this pic below.

I think the eyes being too small is the main reason that this figure only looks good in the right lighting and close up pics.

In most photos the likeness seems DEAD ON to me amazing, in other shots the face looks a bit too full too wide the features too strong(airport photos) Preordered one with BBTS.

I am the opposite to you, in most shots I think the likeness is poor then I just saw this pic today on Bill's face book page and I am blown away. The sculpt looks nearly dead on in this picture!

Maybe the face is a little too wide but I think the main problem like I said before is the small eyes. Now since this a 1/4 scale figure and thus, it is big, the eyes may not be noticeable in real life.

As for me, I was on the fence when EB's official pictures were released and I also didn't want to make my decision based on them. However when I saw those airport shots of the actual product, I caved in and PO'd immediately.

I considered BL-1 to have beady eyes so I gave it a miss. This release however is definitely a vast improvement.
