MI: Fallout 9.5/10 this was definitely the best film of the franchise. Some of the stunt work is mind blowing when you realize it's actually Tom Cruise doing the stunts. The helicopter scenes in particular were crazy and brutal. There isn't a more lovable supporting cast too, Benji & Luther are great, and the addition of Ilsa in Rogue Nation is definitely a most welcomed addition.

Mission Impossible: Fallout - 9.5/10
Loved it. Best of the series. Non-Stop action. What a movie! See it in IMAX if you can.
And yes, watch Rogue Nation first!

300: Rise of an Empire - 7/10
American Sniper - 8/10
It (new version) - I couldn't get past 25 minutes of it. The excess bullying of children was just too much. I had to turn it off.

As I’m listening to the books on CD I decided to go back and watch all the movies. As I look to watch the series I remember there wasn’t one I didn’t like (which I can’t say the same for Star Wars). Liked some more than others.
Harry Potter and the sorcerers stone 7/10
Harry Potter and the chamber of secrets 8/10

Hostiles - 6.5/10
Not your standard Western, with your typical archetypes. Much like real life most of the characters depicted in the late 1800’s exist in a gray area with the lines between good and bad blurred. Hostiles is a tough watch as it’s some pretty emotionally charged material. Cinematography is beautiful, acting is strong but it’s a rather depressing and slow moving experience overall.
