'Power Pose' series??

Anyone know what happened to this product line? They released 2 pieces for it (I own the Iron Man Mark XLII) and then the line went dead. I know when it was initially shown, they had concept art for a whole line of Iron Man figures.

I've tried sending questions to Hot Toys, but they don't bother to respond.

Did the line sell that bad that it wasn't worth continuing? I thought it'd have been a hit at its price point and pre-set pose display (for those who don't like messing with poses)

They probably realized they were cannibalizing their own sales. Many people (like myself) don't actually pose the figures so a cheaper option that looks just as good but has less articulation is a no brainer for those customers. Why pay $300+ for a diecast mark XLII when you can get a cool posed plastic one with the same detail for $150, you know?
