$20 - and this masterpiece is all yours!

Not only does this seller ask $20 for this - he's listed it 5 different times on ebay...

Isn't there a way to say multiple available without having to pay the listing fees?

Actually, it's exactly like recasting. It's a duplicate of the original at a lower quality.
