Thier pieces seem to go for a high price in the after market.

From what I've seen their Claymore: Teresa vs. Priscilla turned out as good as can be expected.

It's not about them.
Remember we are just buying a 3rd party's factory product.
Take a look at their Castlevania. Look at all the pieces. That is a TALL order!

Studio pics will sell anything.

This being 1/4 should have an easier time.

Yes true, but when they delete every single post that is critiquing defects or damage issues or poor customer service, they're able to hide a lot from the other members. Even when you are polite and professional about your grievance, it does not matter. It will be gone within the hour. The Claymore dio (assuming you did not receive a damaged part) was perfect and customers were very happy. Kenshin statue deliveries have rolled out and barely anyone is happy. Many are requesting refunds and returns. It is hit and miss with statues and the same can be said with other studios. The BIG difference is other studios have better customer support and will endeavour to stand behind their products and not tell you to 'glue it back together' or go radio silent when statues arrive defective and ban any negative posts. (eg this very post and whole thread would have been deleted if it were on their page)

As someone who thinks figurama is a ---- company if you wanna buy from them I think their pieces come out pretty close to the prototype. Their faces have historically been absolutely terrible but some of their newer ones are better but they look like that on the proto.

Do they hide criticism on their fb? Hell yeah, every company does though figurama probably more trigger happy than even p1 though.

But if you have an issue and it's not a small part you may get ----ed. The part on my statue was destroyed, it wasn't a break it was literally smashed but it was a big piece so they refused to replace it or take it back for a refund.

But if you like their protos most likely you'll get what they are showing, at least so far. Except for them deciding to make hellsing smaller.
