2) Thanos Risen is such a good read that brings me back to reading Marvel Comics. Is Sideshow making a new Thanos statue that is in scale with the rest of the Avengers/X-Men PF line?

It was a very unfortunate error that occurred for that piece in which the wrong Edition Size was set from the get go and has since been corrected to it's correct ES.

They've been a part of overall idea for Court of the Dead before it became fully fleshed out. Since they existed before Court of the Dead was announced, their boxes would not include the Court of the Dead logo.
