Re. the PR color, it is totally accurate! I know you may not think so (I wasn't sure either) so we researched at great length. It is a color called "brown bess" (no idea why). It looks brown in some light & dark green in others. We eventually obtained some of the actual paint they painted the originals with. It looks more green under the lighting used when filming. Apparently OD green didn't look green with the lighting.
Its a tough call & we may end up producing some in Brown Bess, which is technically correct & some in OD green which is how it is thought of more.

What are your thoughts?

No love for the Rambo statue?

Thanks again for your kind words.

Mark
Hey Mark, thanks for taking the time to come on and explain. As always it's much appreciated.
I think it's awesome you've gone the extra mile to locate and obtain the original paint colouring that was utilised in the production of the movie.
By changing the colour, it becomes more idealised, than screen accurate. Therefor I personelly would like to see you go with the correct colour, making it 100% screen accurate.

As for the Rambo statue, it's great, but a little too small for me.

I doubt the plasma rifle that is coming along with the life size SS endo will be looking as good as HCG's 1/2 scaled one!
Because that is REALLY the best finish I ever saw on a plasma rifle!
The 1:2 scale plasma does indeed look like the best representation yet.
As I said, I'll be keeping a close eye on this. Even though I already own the life size rifle, I may still have to grab this.

That's a poor reason to call a piece lame.
