Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag

The first trailer for Assassins Creed 4 is now online.

There a lot of new gameplay mechanics that are hinted at in this trailer. I think it looks great so far.

Yeah, I am a little surprised as well. The order in which they decided to release AC3 and 4 seems odd.

well i think they were hoping Connor would've been better recieved then he was, i liked the game but he was a pretty boring character. also i don't see a problem with them not being in chronological order, plus knowing what we know about haythem it could be interesting to see his father

Personally I've grown quite tired of the series after all these years. Got AC1 when it came out and loved it, but feel the series went downhill from there, quite disappointed that the series became more about buying fancier clothes and rebuilding banks. Hopefully Black Flag will go back to it's roots and take out all the extra admin that the previous games brought with them. Also, wondering if there will be a collectors edition for this?

there will always be a collectors edition, but i disagree about the other stuff. if i can stab people in the face AND build myself a cool little port town then all the better
