Assuming that at least all of the Wave 1 characters will be re-visited, here are the remaining characters in their Rebirth costumes:
Hawkgirl
Poison Ivy's appearance changes depending on the title, though she usually has normal human flesh color and the green leafy costume rather than the Jim Lee New 52 part-human/part-plant look. (You can also see Helena Bertinelli Huntress in this picture.)

I assume that Vertigo Death will be the final statue, though I'm not familiar enough with the Sandman Universe to know if she's appeared in new comics recently.
Power Girl is gonna be a sore spot with some fans. Apparently the Power Girl most people associate with that name has been missing for a bit of time, and there's a Power Girl II who appears in Deathstroke's series.

If any of the new characters gets a statue, I'd bank on Silencer, who not only has a solo series but has made the leap to TV in the Arrowverse.
Talia al Ghul seems overdue for a resin statue as well.

Iron Studios, Tweeterhead, Prime 1. All are making Power Girl statues based in the one with decades of history and a fanbase. If DC screws it up on this line "sore" would be putting it mildly.

I should've clarified that I meant new Rebirth characters. Jessica Cruz was introduced before Rebirth launched in 2016, though it would be nice to get a statue of her w/o breakage problems associated with the Bombshells ring construct or lantern.
