Yes we don´t know but i think not.
Statues with no scale as Master´s Collection would be better, example
Treebeard or Balrog

They should do both IMO, more 1/3 and some smaller scale stuff that would be impractical at 1/3, but much higher quality then their regular stuff. I am still waiting for a good Balrog, but they probably won't do it again as the previous one did so poorly(it was the statues fault, not the demand)

I guess we should know in a bit more than a day. If they don't show anything new regarding the masters collection at comic-con, then it's not looking great.
