Maybe, but they way they are going with this, I think the later ones were meant as more underrated people.
I mean Supergirl, Batgirl, Wonder Woman, Ivy were kind of expected. Harley a bit, I guess. But Stargirl, Zatanna, and Mera are a bit "random". I mean all lovely, but not something when you immediately try thinking of a DC woman.

I agree that Harley Quinn is not a classic DCU female but when it comes to collectibles and popularity Harley trumps all.

I agree, honestly hearing about the line, I couldn't see a pin up Harley. But I mean she was expected but really isnt a headliner like you mentioned.

i think DC would be burned to the ground if Harley was omited from a girl based line.
maybe i got lucky but my Black Canary is flawless. i can't pick a fav of the line but she is really nice.

DC doesn't want to do all the headliners up front. They want to work in some more obscure ladies.

I got Black Canary a few weeks ago. I'd braced myself to dislike her based on the negative reactions I had read. I gotta say that I was pleasantly surprised and, quite honestly, blown away by her.
Doesn't hurt that I got her for an amazing price on ebay
One nitpick (of course): That mic stand in indeed WAYYY too long, haha.

She's not a bad piece, I think most were just disappointed. The prototype looked amazing but the final product just didn't live up to the expectation (for me, anyway). Also the paint job was pretty sloppy, even for DCC.
I'm on the same boat though, I don't feel to bad about her because I got her for a sweet deal below retail. Having said that, if I had paid 150+ (which is what most comic stores in Australia have her for) I would've been a lot more disappointed.
