that was my thought the only unknown variable is it may require breaking one of canarys arms to get it off. without having the piece in hand we cant say for sure but its not uncommon for the factory to put the arm through the sleeve and glue it to the body at the same time. that said, if you further customize that canary - youre good

The Black Canary option is probably your best. It's a gamble though... there's no guarantee it would even fit.
The other suggestion I would offer is this: contact one of the people on Etsy who make doll clothes, and see if one of them could craft a jacket to your specifications.
