This will be the first CBM for a long long time that i don't buy on BD. If you have not seen it I recommend renting it or wait til its on cable. Certainly do not blind buy this one.

It's as if my TV provider (Bell) read my mind. Got an email today that says I can rent a movie in the month of December on them (ie. free). Well I know which one to try out

IM3????

Only Marvel films I haven't bought are IM2 & 3, Thor 2, Avengers:AoU and Doctor Strange (which I didn't enjoy at all when I saw it)

If this is turning into a "which comic book movies to buy" thread then I'd choose Iron Man 3 over any of the X-Men movies. I own all of the Phase 1 and Phase 2 Marvel Studios films in their respective box sets, but nothing else Marvel-based.

The only DC movies I have are Tim Burton's Batman and Batman Returns. The latter is a great Christmas movie.

I'll watch Suicide Squad for the first time when it comes on cable for free.

I hear that. I've cut back my purchases drastically. Even BF was a bit light for me compared to years past.

Well I got a chance to watch it (via renting finally) last night.

Overall, there was a ton I enjoyed about the movie, but it was somewhat ruined by the uninteresting villain. Could have gone with a much simpler villain as Enchantress just didn't cut it in my mind.

It was neat to see a ton of parts of the movie that were filmed in Toronto and a ton that I even drove past when I was working and they were filming (and had streets shut down to do so)

Better than BvS for me (doesn't take much), but I wanted more since I enjoy the majority of the Squad

A friend of mine loaned this to me the other day so i finally had a chance to see it. Overall i think it was a decent movie to watch but not one I'd pay much to own. Honestly i kind of had a hard time cheering for the villains on the squad

I thought enchantress was interesting but more could have been done with the character to make her shine. Same with her brother.
