I am rather new to collecting statues from all these sellers, I have bought from gentle giant before and forgot things I preorder even existed. This year is first time I hope to order from Prime One Studios and Sideshow for PF piece, could you give me some insight after preorder can I expect statue. Any help is appreciated, it will help me decide for just deposit or flex pay.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Am I a whinger or am I just wanting more for my buck? Not all that financial these days. Each time this happens its a slap in the face.

I love my TIE Fighter, it is in top 5 collectibles I own, but for me EFX as a company is at the bottom, due to their unfriendly policy mentioned in my previous post (there are just a few things they could change to show respect to the community).

Just finished dealing with EFX and they are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Heck my insurance company treats me better.
Took 7 emails and 2 weeks just to get a response and their phone number leads to a voicemail that is full. When I finally did had to go back with another email. Took 4 more attempts and another 2 weeks for the reply of we dont sell replacement parts.
They are not looking to help in any way.
I dont care how good their collectibles are I will never buy another thing from them again

While I do own the EFX Captain America Shield, I didn't buy it from EFX direct, so I can not comment on their Customer Service. However, I have noticed that they are also lacking in the social media department, compared to other companies. Apart from a few post recently, their FB page is very light on with updates etc.

The BIG problem is that if you want EFX exclusives you need to buy directly from them, and thus enter the circle of death (lack of customer service, no communication, crazy international shipping etc.)
